Dear Questflow Labs Community Members,
Questflow Labs team members are immensely grateful for the continuous support from community. Questflow Labs began with a basic idea to leverage AI technology to link various existing tools to meet our work requirements. Through simple prompt commands, these tools serve our development efforts, making development and daily management more convenient.
With the influx of external users, we recognized the limitations of our existing infrastructure. Hence, we built the Multi-Agent-Orchestration (MAO) architecture to connect AI with more existing Agent services and numerous Web2 services, facilitating and advancing the integration of Agents and promoting progress in flow engineering within multi-agent scheduling.
We have also noted that many AI challenges remain difficult to solve in the Web2 world. Issues such as GPU computing power, training and inference costs, data collection and privacy, verification of data results and inferences, and the commercialization and expansion of startup’sAI products,Questflow Labs faces these challenges too.
Web3's distributed technology and shared incentive model can significantly help address these issues and enhance solutions. For example, based on user needs and Questflow Labs's Multi-Agent-Orchestration structure, Questflow Labs will require substantial data and computational resources in the future, along with solutions for distributed verification and data privacy. This means that building the QuestFlow ecosystem will require contributions from numerous participants. Therefore, the combination of AI and Web3 is not just a rational technological and business choice, but also a future trend.
As a result, we have decided to upgrade QuestFlow's tech stack and business model, opening it up for collaborative construction by the entire community. This upgrade will enhance the openness of our tech stack, allowing any developer and small team to connect and expand the technological possibilities of Multi-Agent-Orchestration.
We will initiate a Token incentive ecosystem too. The team and community have studied many Web3 projects, from BTC to ETH, Solana, from RNDR to BitTensor, Morpheus, OLAS, and others. Ultimately, the community and team decided to implement a Prove of Contribution mechanism and conduct a Fair Launch, providing an overall incentive plan for ecosystem builders, including developers, community contributors, Guardian Node providers, Questflow Labs product users, and external protocol partners and users providing liquidity to the ecosystem.
Questflow Labs Token Incentives
Total Supply: 1B, halving every two years.
Distribution:
Year 1 & 2: 150M each year
Year 3 & 4: 75M each year, and so on, until fully released over approximately 30 years.
Allocation:
5% for applications integrating with the Questflow Labs protocol.
10% for the DAO treasury (developers, ecosystem builders, insurance funds, etc.).
85% for Guardian Nodes providing verification, inference, data, and liquidity for the protocol. Under multi-agent conditions, the Token distribution ratio can be slightly adjusted based on DAO governance votes, adopting a dynamic competitive mechanism.
Community Incentives Plan
Q3:
Ambassador Program: Launching the ambassador recruitment plan this week to prepare for subsequent community airdrops and TGE testnet. Ambassador Node incentives will be released simultaneously with community airdrops during TGE. Ambassadors will also have the opportunity to participate in the community round of airdrops.
Points Rewards: Launch of the points function, promoting Questflow Labs's workflow product, and providing users with more opportunities to use new products and receive airdrops.
Product development: Launch of Questflow Labs Next version, expected by the end of July. This version will iterate and upgrade MAO, redesigning user interaction and experience, specifically catering to Web3 users. Stay tuned.
Web3 Payments: Adding Web3 payment gateways to Questflow Labs, improving the user payment experience, and providing basic verification tools for community airdrops.
Community Airdrop: Community round airdrop starting in September, distributed in Node form, mainly targeting Questflow Labs product users and community contributors ,which including but not limited to super spreaders, community ambassadors, product subscribers, and users who bring active users to QuestFlow.
Additionally, the annual Questflow Labs paid users will receive an extra 30-50% Node airdrop reward. Airdrop details and standards will be launched in sync with Questflow Labs's new products. Stay tuned.
Community Operations: Expanding external product and ecosystem partnerships, increasing early adoption of Questflow Labs products and protocols, and building an active user community.
Q4:
TGE Launch: Questflow Labs Multi-Agent Protocol launches mining functionality.
Token Release: Tokens released daily based on the proportion of Guardian Nodes owned by users.
Trading Launch: Listing on major CEX and DEX trading pairs.
