New in Questflow: Say goodbye to seat-based pricing plan

We have upgraded our pricing plan to offer greater flexibility to our customers. We recognized that the traditional SaaS model, based on seat-based pricing with automatic seat expansion, was an effective business model for software companies.
However, from a user perspective, paying for software based on the number of users doesn't always make sense, especially in the era of AI. The capability to build similar software in-house without a subscription model is increasingly feasible. As AI exerts a deflationary impact on software products, we need to adapt and return to the fundamentals: charging only when we deliver value to our customers, which in our case, is task automation.
Therefore, we have decided to offer a free trial for both plans, allowing you to experience the product firsthand. Additionally, all pricing plans now include unlimited team members, ensuring that your growing business isn't penalized with additional charges.
Apart from the changes in pricing, you may have noticed that we are currently placing new users on a waitlist as we restructure our product. Stay tuned for more exciting updates coming soon.
